Georgian Wine / TAMADA - Pirosmani

Georgian Wines and Spirits have taken these two traditional varieties and blended them to create a balanced and flavoursome semi sweet wine. The wine was fermented at cool temperatures and with selected yeast strains.
Try with chicken, fish or as appetizer

Tasting Notes:

The wine is mid straw in colour with delicate green tints and brilliant clarity.
The nose exhibits light citrus tones, with a hint of dried apricot on the nose.
The palate is crisp and sweet with tight citrus undertones on first approach; the wine finishes with good acid balance that cuts through the high level of residual sweetness to give a full complex palate on the end.
The wine has been made for the intention of immediate consumption, but can be consumed for up to two years after bottling without significant changes to the basic quality.
